Project news : Warmth and Kindness. April 2006

This project, in addition to winterizing windows and renovated the heating unit, has installed a new insulated door and plastic screens for trapping cold air. A monitoring of the children’s health has shown that the rate of illnesses has decreased by over 10%.

Shelekhov Raion Mayor Susin has asked the coordinator of this project to become a member of the city’s delegation that will visit Japan to share experience and the results of activities carried out in the sphere of energy-efficiency and child health improvement.
