Project News : "Energy-Efficiency in Municipal Budget-Funded Institutions as a Step toward the Sustainable Development of Nadvoitsy Settlement ". April 2006

The goal of this project was to reduce heat consumption and spending from the municipal budget on heating. Project activities included the installation of heat energy meters in kindergartens ## 2, 3 and 4, at the community center, and the children’s sports school.

The project has almost been completed: in six institutions heat energy and hot water meters have been installed and the heating system at the school is being adjusted.

These energy-efficiency activities make it possible to save 1.3 million rubles of budget spending on heating.
