FSD announces new e-journal “Local Sustainable Development”

Fund for Sustainable Development (FSD) announces the new electronic journal “Local Sustainable Development” as a component of CDSP extension program focused on dissemination and replication of best practices and substantial results of community development. The e-journal is located on independent Internet website  http://www.fsdejournal.ru .

         The main objective  of the  e-journal will be  to reinforce dissemination of the best projects outcomes promoting for sustainable development on municipal level, strengthening the local governance and advanced environmental solutions.

         E-journal will cover six timely topics: Efficient use of energy and resources, Environmental protection, Improvement of local economy, Strengthening of social partnership, Improvement of local community health, Ecological education, and Best FSD projects on municipal sustainable development. The summaries of materials are available in Russian and English.

         The targeted  groups of people (local citizens, administrations, NGOs, business and mass media) will get access to public open resource of information and possibilities for exchange of opinion and ideas based of innovative technologies to solve municipal problems.
