20th Seminar of Regional Centers

The 20th Seminar of Regional Centers was held on January 30, 2007 in Moscow, FSD Office.
The Seminar Goals were to discuss the RC role in FSD activities on CDSP and GDA Programs (goals, location, term, priority areas and expected results, workplans). There were 15 attendants (FSD program, financial and administrative staff), RC Directors. There were discussed: FSD performance and prospects, CDSP  (grant-making and other components, workplan), GDA Program first results, SUAL/ USAID  Program Results and impacts as well as other programs co financing with USAID (EuroKhim).The RC presented their vision of regional aspects of CDSP and GDA implementation on municipal level, importance of EE programs and reinvestment tools. Legal and financial training was conducted for RC Directors. The minutes of seminar were discussed and adopted.
