Under this project, implemented by the non-profit Gorodets Small Business Development Center, 30 unemployed local residents will attend training from June to September 2010 and design business plans for the development of their small businesses. They will present these business plans to a commission at the local administration, which will provide funding from the municipal budget to the best applicants.

The Program also includes a grant contest aimed at small business development in Gorodetsky Raion. Plans include selecting 2-3 best projects during a contest that will be held in July 2010 and awarding a total of $25,000 to these projects.
